Simple but complex process of fabrication

The process of steel fabrication is used for the production of custom made metal sheets, and this process involves only simple three stages but in reality all these three stages involves massive engineering and complex stages, three stages are as following.



Steel Fabrication Process

    

• Cutting: is done trough CNC laser machines that contains the computerized numerical counts according to the count the CNC machine cuts the sheets into the designed shapes.
• Bending: once cutting is done now the stage comes to the bending stage, it can be done through manual or powered machines or it may also be done by the press breaks.
• In between assembling and or bending the process of coloring is done for coating or painting.
• Assembling: or joining together all parts is the last and the final stage here all the bended or sawed parts joined together to get the final customized metal part.

These all three stages involves very heavy machines to work and also the huge facility and area to store or assemble parts specially during coloring stage the area must be covered to prevent it from the dust and get the better finish.
